I am very excited to be teaching 8th Grade American History. I have been teaching at Raul Yzaguirre School for Success since 2011, and it has been a wonderful experience. 

I work daily to ensure that my students have a good grasp of American History. I truly hope for nothing but the best for the future of my students.

I graduated from the University of Houston in Clear Lake in 2007, and I have a Bachelors in History. My course includes the European Age of Exploration, Colonization of the Americas, Revolution, the Quest for Self-Government, as well as how our new nation endured its many hardships in the first one hundred years of its existence.
