    The mission of RYSS Human Resources Department is to provide employees with quality and equitable services while maintaining a culture that attracts, supports and retains committed staff.   Human Resources is committed to meeting all federal and state compliance obligations.  

    The Human Resources Department is committed to supporting all future and current employees with the best support in order to continue with Tejano Center's pioneers' vision and commitment.  Human Resources Department serves a number of employees for different entities within the Tejano Center which include Tejano Center, The Shelter and Foster Care, Victims of Crime Outreach and Support Program (VOCA), The Housing Program, Juvenile Justice Diversion Program and Raul Yzaguirre School for Success schools located in Houston and Brownsville.
