Attendance 

Regular attendance and punctuality shall be required of every student. All students have the responsibility to take advantage of their educational opportunities by attending all their daily classes and by being on time to each. Parents are asked to cooperate with the school by scheduling appointments with the doctor, dentist or with any institution after school hours whenever possible, allowing the student to continue with the learning process to the fullest.

The Texas Education Code requires that a student be in attendance 90% of the days a class is offered during a semester in order to be awarded credit for the class (TEC §25.092).
