Tejano Center is seeking Proposals for Construction Manager-at-Risk Services from qualified proposers to provide consultation during the design phase and serve as the general contractor for the Tenant Improvement of the RYSS at existing location at 

1062 Fairmont Pkwy Pasadena, TX 77504. 📍🔎
 
 
 
A second tour has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at 10:00 AM at 1062 Fairmont Pkwy Pasadena, Texas 77504.
 
Proposal Deadline; Opening Time/Location: Sealed proposals for the construction work to be performed or contemplated, for this request for proposals and as described herein and in the construction, documents will be received until Tuesday, November 7, 2023. 🗓️
