Welcome to the BRYSS Counseling Center!

The BRYSS Counseling Center supports our students’ academics, career planning, and social-emotional development. On any given day at the center, we facilitate a conflict-resolution session, teach a classroom guidance lesson, work with students through school-wide events (e.g. anti-bullying programs, career day, drug prevention week…), and/or aid students through individual/group counseling. We also support the creation of local assessments, assist with Section 504 issues, and oversee annual state assessments, such as TPRI/Tejas Lee, TELPAS, and STAAR.   

We view parents as essential partners at BRYSS, so please do not hesitate to contact me if you need assistance with or have questions about your child’s school experience. I will do everything in my power to support your child’s pursuit of academic, social, and career success.
