Grad Prog
  • These graduation programs consist of a foundation plan for every RYSS student and five endorsements from which students may choose, depending on their interests. When selected, students will complete each of these endorsements with four Mathematics, four Science, four English Language Arts, and four Social Studies credits.


  • Students are required (beginning in 2014-2015) to select an endorsement or area of study based on their career interests and goals. With the help of teachers, career advisors, and parents, RYSS students decide on one or more endorsement plans and a career pathway that meets their career interests and life goals. Students may select from one of five state-approved endorsements:


    • Advance Mathematics
    • Advance Science
    • Engineering Design
    • Engineering Robotics

Dual Measures

  • RYSS students may also earn the distinguished level of achievement by completing five dual measures:


    • At least three credits of a Foreign Language

    College Academics

    • Academic Dual Credit Course

    Test Data

    • AP exam - Score of 3 or higher
    • PSAT - Commended scholar or higher
    • SAT/ACT - Commended scholar or higher

    Business and Industry Certifications and/or licenses
